Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose) These terms aim to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Deepbrain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Company') and members regarding the use of the 'Ssuda' service (hereinafter 'Service') provided by the Company. Article 2 (Definition of Terms) 1. 'Service' means all functions including attendance management and electronic document creation/management provided by the Company. 2. 'Member' means a customer who accesses the Service, agrees to these terms, and contracts to use the Service. Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms) 1. The Company posts the contents of these terms on the initial screen of the Service for easy access by members. 2. The Company may revise these terms within a range that does not violate relevant laws. Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service) 1. The Company provides the following services to members: - Attendance and work record management service - Electronic labor contract and payroll statement creation service - Any other services developed by the Company or provided through partnership. 2. The Company may modify all or part of the service due to operational or technical needs if there is a substantial reason.
